Job
Description:
Install, and maintain servers, network
infrastructure and client solutions in a world
class data center. Work with a team of systems
and network administrators supporting DataPipe's
large and growing hosting network.
Duties include:
Perform remote support services for
customers.
Hardware installation including:
shelves, power strips, rails, cable
management, and customer equipment.
Report current status via the ticketing
system, shift reports, and email.
On call via pager during unscheduled
days or shift times for emergency scheduling
requirements.
Shift duty (not specific), each shift
will be 9 hours included 1 hour for lunch.
Job Requirements:
Data center skills such as
installing/moving equipment and cabling.
Knowledge of common network protocols
such as TCP/IP.
Ability to work independently and manage
multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to lift 60 - 75 lbs.
Excellent written and spoken
communication skills.
